The hotel had a great location, close to restaurants and activities. The staff was friendly and greeted guests warmly. The pool and jacuzzi were enjoyable, although sometimes crowded.
Nothing to not like.
This hotel is in a convenient location, close to Universal Parks and easily accessible to Disney Resorts. It is situated on Universal Blvd and only about a block from International Dr. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Transportation options are available, including walking distance to stores and attractions. The hotel facilities include a big pool, cabana area, and two hot tubs with varying temperatures. There is also a buffet restaurant with an okay breakfast and a store for snacks and food orders.
Nothing negative to say.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, including Rebecca and John at the front desk, were cheerful, kind, and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities, including an iron and ironing board. We enjoyed the large and heated pool, which was a nice relaxing oasis after a busy day. Additionally, we loved that there was a coffee shop, gift shop, and a bar restaurant onsite. The location was perfect, as it was close to popular attractions like Disney and Sea World. It was definitely a great choice for our first time in this city, and we will definitely be staying here again.
