We had a fantastic stay in this city. The location was perfect, just a couple of blocks west of The Magnificent Mile. We were able to explore the city on foot and visit many food bars and sights. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a clean and inviting climate controlled pool and spa. The bed and pillow provided a comfortable night's sleep. The staff was exceptional, with Ronnie standing out for his helpful and friendly attitude. The hotel also had a nice business center that we made use of.

The hotel had clean rooms with comfortable beds and great facilities. I loved that there was a restaurant on-site and friendly staff at the front lobby. The location was perfect, with convenient access to two 7 Elevens, the subway, Walgreens, and other area attractions. There were plenty of dining options nearby, including a restaurant inside the hotel and the shops of North Bridge within walking distance.

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to Water Tower Mall, John Hancock Tower, and Millenium Park. There were also several shops and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for dining and entertainment. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that my experience was enjoyable.

I had a fabulous stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless, thanks to the exceptional service from the friendly and competent staff. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the main attractions, such as the Magnificent Mile and Chicago River Walk. Not to mention, there were plenty of amazing restaurants and bars nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the pool and deck, were great amenities to enjoy. I also had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant multiple times, and I must say, the ambience and food were absolutely fantastic.

The staff was absolutely amazing - from the woman who checked us in, to Lonnie who helped us find a place to eat, and everyone in the lobby who was so attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with recently refurbished rooms that had comfortable beds and excellent showers. The blackout blinds were super helpful for a good night's sleep. The location was perfect, as we were within walking distance to many attractions. The staff provided us with great tips on places to eat and how to get around this city. The hotel facilities were also great, with an added bonus of a pool that we had all to ourselves. The on-premise restaurant had delicious food and a great atmosphere, with the donuts being an absolute highlight.
