I had a fantastic stay at this hotel - the staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, making the service excellent. The restaurant offered a tasty and beautifully presented menu with a good choice, and we enjoyed our dinners there on both evenings. The room was clean, comfortable, and very large, with a spacious bathroom. The spa facilities were some of the best I've seen, with helpful staff and functional facilities. great value for money.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was one of the biggest I've ever stayed in, with a separate bath and shower area. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa and pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had lots of choice and was delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a spotlessly clean bathroom with a very spacious walk-in shower. The hotel facilities, especially the spa, were excellent and I enjoyed a late afternoon swim after a day of sightseeing. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, from the welcoming and efficient receptionist to the restaurant staff. The buffet breakfast had a great choice and everything was served hot, unlike many other hotels. The free onsite parking was also a great convenience. Additionally, the hotel was located close to the zoo, making it a convenient location for exploring Chester and North Wales.
