The cleanliness of the room was impressive, except for the shower. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. The location was incredibly convenient, with easy access to transportation options like the R and W trains on the same block and the 1, 4/5/6 lines nearby. The hotel was also within walking distance of the Staten Island Ferry and Battery Park, making it perfect for sightseeing.
Don't have any issues at all.
The hotel is in a very good location, right near the Smithsonian Nat Museum of American Indian and near the New York Stock Exchange. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, with all the needed amenities and a little fridge to keep our beverages cool. The staff was exceptionally helpful and took care of us when we arrived late on New Year's Eve and had to change rooms. The area around the hotel was clean and within walking distance of shops and the metro.
Nothing that we didn't like.
The hotel's location was ideal, close to everything and with a lot of places to eat, shop, or just enjoy yourself. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Transportation was a breeze, with easy access to subways and other hotels in the area. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
