We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room on the 44th floor had a breathtaking view and was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including the beautiful spa and gym. The location of the hotel was perfect, right across from a famous building and next to the water tower. It was also conveniently located within walking distance of Oak St Beach and the Magnificent Mile. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location on Michigan Avenue, across from the iconic John Hancock building and next to the water tower, was perfect for a tourist like me. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a great swimming pool and a fun family game room on the 32nd floor. The staff was friendly and efficient, providing exceptional guest experience from the moment I made my reservation. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the breakfast in the restaurant was of a very high standard.

They were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our happiness. From the doormen who greeted us with a smile and offered assistance, to the concierge who helped us with everything from finding taxis to downloading theater tickets, the level of service was top-notch. The location of the hotel was also perfect, with easy access to a high-end mall and a wonderful restaurant. The cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities were impeccable, and the bed provided the best night's sleep we've ever had.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
The location of this hotel is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. It's so easy to get around either by walking or using Uber/taxi. The staff here really goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy every time I stay. The bed in my room was the best I've ever slept in, so comfortable and quiet. The new chef has really outdone themselves with the Adorn menu. The breakfast was good and the service was excellent.
