We were blown away by this hotel! It far exceeded our expectations, especially considering the price. The rooms were impeccably clean and had been recently renovated. We stayed in a 4-bunk mixed dorm and each bed had its own privacy curtain, light, and electrical sockets. It felt like we were on a ship with our own private berths. The bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The location of this hotel was absolutely perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the major attractions and surrounded by amazing restaurants and pubs. We also appreciated the proximity to the subway system, making it easy to explore this city. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we had a fantastic stay.

The hotel was well-insulated against noise, both from the bar downstairs and from the surrounding area.
The hotel's location was superb, right next to the bustling Magnificent Mile and a short-ish walk from the Navy Pier. The staff members were efficient and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process, and they even allowed me to leave my luggage. The cleanliness of the beds and bathrooms was fantastic, with spacious and comfortable beds that even had blinds for privacy. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with individual lockers, a lounge/bar area, and a performing stage for entertainment. The breakfast provided a variety of options, including cereals, toast, coffee, and fruit yogurt.
