We stayed in the East Tower at this hotel for an extended weekend and had a fantastic experience. The location in the sky bridge made it convenient for us to access everything we needed in one place. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with clean and spacious rooms that had comfortable beds and pillows. The cleanliness of the rooms and the availability of gratuity items such as shampoo and soaps exceeded our expectations. The hotel also offered convenient parking with four free electric vehicle charging stations on level 3 of the parking garage. The views from our room were amazing, allowing us to enjoy a great view of the city. The staff, particularly the manager Bob, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. As 100% Disabled veterans, we were touched by Bob's gesture of upgrading our rooms for our second and third nights to make our visit more comfortable. We also had a delightful dining experience at the steakhouse, where the meals were excellent.

The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The room I stayed in was spotless and didn't smell of smoke, despite it being a smoking facility. The bed was comfortable and I had an easy check-in and check-out process. Parking was plentiful and I could easily walk to most of the sights in this city.

The hotel facilities were great, including plenty of quick elevators and easy parking in the garage. The location was fantastic, with lots of nice restaurants nearby at a good price. We also appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service to the convention.

The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the staff was professional and friendly. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. the hotel provided convenient parking options, making it easy for us to get around this city and explore the nearby attractions.
