We had a fantastic stay in an amazing location, right in the heart of this charming downtown area. The hotel was very clean and had all the facilities we needed. We especially loved the comfortable beds and the interesting history of the hotel. The check-out time was great, giving us plenty of time to pack up and leave without feeling rushed.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, with a laid-out layout. Despite the shower pouring water on the floor, the cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The location was very convenient, being close to downtown shops, restaurants, and the Blackfriar's Theater. The staff were extremely responsive and accommodating, especially when I experienced a plumbing problem in my room. I also appreciated the 24-hour coffee option.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff upon check-in were welcoming, lovely, and obliging. The room was comfortable and the facilities were great. The pool, although I only used it once, was fabulous. The spa pool was relaxing, but a tad too hot. The barman on duty was very accommodating and kept our snacks replenished. The cocktails were great, especially since we were celebrating a special birthday. The parking was convenient, with a lift that went from the garage to the lobby, and another lift to the room. The hotel itself was beautifully appointed, and its location in this city was convenient for wandering after dinner around the cute town with its nice antique shops and restaurants, all within easy walking distance.

The hotel is excellently located right in the center of this quaint city, making it convenient to explore the historic district and visit shops and restaurants nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the staff provided great recommendations and made our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the availability of parking and the convenience of being close to the BlackFrairs theatre.
