Very responsive staff, well-equipped and well-kept rooms. The staff did all they can for a restful stay. I really enjoyed cereals, bakery, pancakes and hot waffles served for breakfast. There was a top-notch restaurant, shops and boutiques next door. Very quick check-in, fast check-out. Furthermore, private parking nearby was an unexpected bonus.
Would stay here again, I had a brilliant experience. Perfectly clean hotel, fab location. A pristine beach, picturesque view. Location is in 10 minutes' walk to Chicago tube station.
We would book here again if passing through. Unbeatable location, incredibly kind staff, bright rooms, nice hot breakfast. Magnificent view, a small balcony, big bed, too. We really enjoyed the private beach, it is located adjacent to the venue. Good restaurant and swim-up bar on-site.
