We were upgraded and received a card and cupcakes to celebrate our anniversary. The room was beautiful and quiet, with a huge and comfortable bed. The hotel's spa experience was blissful, and the continental breakfast was delicious. The hotel was conveniently located near tube stations and a shopping centre.

The room was clean and cosy, with a large comfortable bed. The spa was a highlight of our stay, providing a fun and relaxing experience. We particularly enjoyed the massages. The cocktails at the vibrant bar were delicious, and the manager was extremely helpful and ensured the rest of our stay was excellent. The hotel also had great gym facilities and room service with amazing food. The breakfast was nice, although it could have been hotter. The staff, particularly one lady at the front desk, were super helpful and friendly. The hotel's location was convenient, being near a mall and within easy distance to everything we needed.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge bed that was perfect for my partner who is over 6ft tall. The hotel was conveniently located, just a short walk from the Westfield shopping center and a quick tube ride away from central London. The staff were amazing, especially when my partner proposed to me during our stay. They were so helpful in helping him plan the surprise. We also loved the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that there were spa facilities available, although we didn't have a chance to use them. a great experience.
Couldn't stay longer.
Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness of the room to the excellent hotel facilities. The location was very convenient, as it was close to the Sheperds Bush Empire and transportation options. The staff, especially Cosmin at the level 4 restaurant, provided exceptional customer service. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had ample parking.

The location of the hotel was great, as it was within a short walk to the tube station and close to Shepard's Bush transport. The staff at the hotel were brilliant and very enthusiastic, making our stay memorable. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and we were even upgraded without asking. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable.
