We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the spacious rooms and beautiful ocean and pool views. The beach was easily accessible and had crystal clear aqua water. The breakfast was excellent, and the drinks were good. We also loved the baby sea turtle release at night, a truly amazing experience.

The staff, cleanliness, hotel facilities, and location. We had the pleasure of interacting with amazing staff members like Consuelo, Gerardo, Gilberto, Arturo, and Antonio. The hotel was spotless and had a wide range of facilities. We also enjoyed the convenient location, right on the beach with an amazing breakfast provided by Elsa Zalazar, Elias Gomes, and the talented chef behind the delicious Brochettas.

I had an incredible stay at this resort! The staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout my entire visit. The waiters, especially Elsa Zalazar and Elias Gomes, were excellent. They always went above and beyond, ensuring that all my needs were met. The food and drinks were outstanding, and the buffet staff were amazing, constantly checking if I needed anything. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms, beautiful ocean and pool views, and a stunning beach right on the doorstep. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel provided convenient transportation options to explore the surrounding areas.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel! The location was perfect, right on the beach, and only a short 15-minute bus ride to the central hotel zone. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with lovely and clean rooms that had beautiful views from the balconies. We were provided with plenty of towels, and the staff always made sure we had drinks whenever we needed them. The Italian restaurant, Da Vinci, served amazing food, and the breakfast spread was delicious as well. The staff at the hotel were friendly and always ready to help us have a comfortable vacation. We especially want to mention Consuelo, who went above and beyond to make our stay warm and caring. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others!
