We were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided. The room we stayed in had a unique layout with five windows, which gave it a bright and airy feel. The comfortable furnishings added to the overall pleasant experience. The snack bar in the room, complete with dishes and silverware, was a thoughtful touch. We also appreciated the iHome docking station for our iPod, as well as the complimentary van service to the nearby Carrier Dome. The hotel's location in this city was perfect for us, being close to many attractions and amenities.
I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in central Syracuse. The location was excellent, as I was able to easily explore the city and find great restaurants nearby. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, even when there was a mix-up with my reservation. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a clean gym and spacious rooms that were impeccably maintained. I also appreciated the added perks like free breakfast and shuttle service to other attractions in the city.
Nothing to dislike.
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-laid out, with a large kitchenette. The hotel facilities were excellent, including free outside parking. We loved the convenient location in the college town, close to Syracuse University and downtown. Additionally, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Cleanliness: The rooms and public areas were spotless. Hotel facilities: The recently completed renovations were amazing, with a secure environment and a great addition of a restaurant and bar on-site. The fitness room had top-of-the-line equipment. Parking: The hotel had a free parking lot located just behind the hotel. Location of the decor: The hotel did an excellent job of maintaining the beautiful character of the old building through the renovations.

The hotel had great facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center with new machines and plenty of free weights. The location was perfect, as we were able to explore downtown restaurants and shops without moving our car. Additionally, the hotel provided free parking and convenient transportation options.
